Mary Grey's Crustless Sausage Quiche

List of Ingredients
4 ounces hand-shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces hand-shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 small carton sour cream
1/3 pound medium bulk sausage (Smithfields ham sausage)
2 large eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/8 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg Recipe
Cook and drain sausage well. Combine all remaining ingredients in large bowl and pour into a cook-safe container. Freeze or cook right away. Cook at 350 degrees for 50 minutes (70 minutes if frozen) or until center gets brown and rises 2 inches above crust. Serves: 2 normal people.
