1 package mini pie crusts
1 slice ham or 2 slices canadian bacon
2 eggs mixed with splash of milk
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/8 cup parmesan or romano cheese
Recipe
Mix eggs and spices with a fork. Fill mini pie crusts with other ingredients. Top with egg mixture. Bake at 375ºF for about twenty minutes or until the egg has set. (To test the eggs doneness, insert a tooth pick or knife into the center, if no egg sticks, the quiche are ready.) Cool at least 5 minutes. Serves 8, but can double or triple this recipe.
