    List of Ingredients




    1 pound italian sausage, casing removed -- cook and crumble
    8 ounces ricotta cheese
    8 ounces Mexican Velveeta cheese, shredded
    10 ounces spinach, thaw and drain
    8 ounces herb and garlic cream cheese
    4 ounces shredded mozzarella (1 cup)
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
    1 pack ready made refrigerated pie crusts

    Preheat oven to 400ºF. Mix first 6 ingredients with the two eggs and hot pepper sauce until well blended. On lightly floured surface roll out pie crust to 12 inch circle and put in pie plate. Fill with sausage mixture. Roll remaining crust and put on top of pie. Brush with egg and bake 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
