    1 package frozen chopped spinach
    1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
    1 1/4 cups shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 cup fine minced onion
    5 eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    8 slices bacon; fry crisp and crumble

    Cook spinach; drain well and squeeze out extra moisture. Chop into smaller pieces and set aside. Unroll dough and press into greased 10" pie plate, covering bottom and sides. Sprinkle cheese and onion over crust. Beat eggs; add milk, seasonings and spinach. Pour into crust. Sprinkle with bacon, fresh chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 40-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand a minutes of 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 6-8 servings.
