    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    1 cup flour
    1/4 teaspoon lite salt
    1/4 cup Promise Ultra Fat Free Margarine
    2 Tbl cold water -- (2 to 3)

    Filling:
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon fat free chicken broth
    1 package frozen chopped spinach, thaw and drain
    1 pastry crust
    1 cup egg beaters® 99% egg substitute
    1 cup skim milk
    1 tablespoon flour
    1 teaspoon basil leaves
    3/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    1 cup grated mozzarella

    Crust: blend all together. Form into a ball and roll out onto floured surface; do not overwork the dough. Place circle of dough into a pie pan. To prevent edge around top from becoming too brown, place foil over edge while baking. Quiche: In nonstick skillet over med high, cook onion and garlic in chicken broth until golden brown., Add spinach and spoon into bottom of pie crust; set aside. In bowl, combine egg beaters, milk, flour, basil, Tabasco and grated cheese. Pour over spinach mixture. Bake at 350ºF for 45-50 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
