Coffeecake: Blueberry Oatmeal Breakfast Cake

1-1/3 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup frozen blueberries ( do not thaw)
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400�F.� Spray an 8-inch cake pan with non-stick vegetable spray.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a small bowl, combine milk, oil, and egg; beat until well blended.� Pour into flour mixture, stirring until just moistened.� Fold in frozen blueberries.� Spoon into prepared cake pan.
Bale 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and cake pulls away from sides of pan.� Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.� Serve warm.
