Buns/Rolls: Bread Machine Caramel Rolls

7 1/2 ounces water
3 cups bread flour
4 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons powdered milk
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
5 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast
Recipe
Place all ingredients in bread machine in order given. Set on DOUGH setting - turn machine on. When machine has finished cycling - remove dough from pan, place on lightly floured surface. Pat dough into a rectangle. Spread with butter and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Crumble about 1/2 cup brown sugar all over. roll up into a long roll and seal edge. cut into 12 equal size rolls and place in prepared pan of caramel.
To make caramel, melt 1 stick of margarine and add 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream. Bring to a boil and boil for a couple minutes. remove from stove and pour into a lightly greased 9 by 13 inch pan. add rolls and let them raise until doubled, about 45 minutes or so. Bake in preheated 350ºF for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown. Makes 12 rolls.
