Coffeecake: Chocolate Filled Coffeecake

1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, room temp
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 large eggs
1 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder and baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
FILLING:
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon instant coffee powder
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Recipe
In large bowl with mixer at medium high, beat together butter, salt and vanilla for 3 minutes, until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at time, beating well after each. Mix together dry ingredients. With mixer at low speed, add dry ingredients 1/3 at time alternating with the yogurt. Spread 1/3 of batter in bundt pan, then sprinkle 1/2 of filling, 1/3 cake mix, rest of filling and last 1/3 of cake batter. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 350ºF for 55-60 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then invert and cool at least 10 minutes more before slicing.
