Coffeecake: Peanut Butter Coffee Ring

List of Ingredients

1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup cold brewed coffee
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder


Recipe

Mix all ingredients well. Bake in a 8" greased and floured pan for 50 minutes at 350�F.
