Eggs & Dairy: Baked Havarti Egg

List of Ingredients
1 teaspoon butter
1 tablespoon half-and-half
1 large egg
1 tablespoon Harvarti cheese grated
1/8 teaspoon dried dill Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in a custard cup. Add half-and-half. Crack the egg into the cup and cover with Harvarti. If you like you can beat the egg with a fork in the custard cup before adding the Harvarti to make a scrambled version. Top with dill. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until set. Serves 1.
