1/4 pound Smithfield ham or 8 slices Canadian bacon
1/2 pound sliced Swiss cheese
8 eggs
1 cup cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Line a 9x13 casserole with either ham or bacon. Top with a layer of Swiss cheese. Break eggs onto cheese in two rows of 4 eggs each, evenly spaced, bring careful not to break yolks. Drizzle cream over egg white until yolk peeks through. Bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 10 minutes more. Cut into squares with one egg in the center of each square.
