List of Ingredients
1 dozen eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 Tbsp margarine
8 ounces sour cream
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 cup shredded sharp cheeseRecipe
1. Beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and pepper. In skillet, melt margarine and pour in egg mixture. Cook until set but still moist. Cool, and stir in sour cream.
2. Put mixture into a buttered 12x7-inch baking pan. Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
3. The next morning: Bake at 300 degrees (F) for 15 to 20 minutes.
