List of Ingredients
3 large cooking apples -- peeled- thickly sliced
1/2 cup prunes -- pitted
3/4 cup raisins
1 orange -- peeled and sectioned
3 cups plus 3 tablespoons water -- divided
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons cornstarch Recipe
In a saucepan, combine apples, prunes, raisins, orange and 3 cups water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Combine cornstarch and remaining water; stir into saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook 2 minutes. Chill. Good spooned over dry cereal.
