3 large eggs
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Beat eggs until thick. Add milk, melted butter or margarine, and vanilla and beat well. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Beat until combined. Pour batter onto hot waffle iron. Cook 2 to 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
