Fruit: Apple Crumble Breakfast

2 apples, peeled and chopped
cinnamon
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 handful oat bran
brown sugar, honey
plain yogurt
Recipe
Mix together in a oven-proof dish the apples and cinnamon. In another bowl make the crumble topping by combining oats, oatbran, cinnamon, sweetner and yogurt. Add enough yogurt to make it crumbly but not sticking together. Put over the apple mix and bake for 15 minutes (or more if you like soft apples) at about 300ºF.
