    Eggs & Dairy: Sinful Eggs

    List of Ingredients

    3 ounces cream cheese
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon grated onion
    1 tablespoon butter
    6 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 dash cayenne
    chopped fresh parsley

    Recipe

    Work the cream cheese with half of the cream until smooth and creamy. Melt the butter in a double boiler. Beat the eggs with the remaining cream, salt and peppers, onion and parsley until thoroughly mixed. Pour into the melted butter and cook in the top of the double boiler, stirring frequently until the eggs are set. Stir in the cream cheese mixture and continue to heat until all is hot. Spoon over toast points or toasted and buttered English muffin halves.
