Skillet & Meat: Ham Hash

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked ham, diced
1/2 pound diced cheddar cheese
1/2 green bell pepper, minced
1 small onion, minced
1 1/4 cups half and half
2 beaten egg yolks
1/2 cup cracker crumbs
2 egg whites, beaten stiffRecipe
Mix together ham, cheese, pepper, and onion. Add half & half, egg yolk, and crumbs. Fold in beaten egg whites. Fill greased custard cups. Bake at 350ºF for 40 to 50 mins. or until set. Serve with a sweet and sour sauce or a mushroom sauce.
