1 pound frozen link sausages, cut 1/4" pieces
1 large russet potato, peeled, diced
1 small onion, minced
6 eggs, beaten Recipe
Heat a large skillet on high, add saugage, cook until it renders the grease. Add potatoes and onions, cook until potatoes are tender and browned. Add eggs to skillet and mix well. Cook until eggs are scrambled, season to taste with salt and pepper.
