1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup apple juice
1 cup pure maple syrup
1 banana, chopped
1 teaspoon rum flavoringRecipe
Combine cornstarch and a little apple juice in medium saucepan. Stir in remaining apple juice and maple syrup. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in banana and rum flavoring, and remove from heat. Serve warm. Makes 2 cups.
