    2 cups light colored honey
    1 vanilla bean, split
    1 cinnamon stick (4")
    2 whole star anise
    2 whole cloves

    Recipe



    In a small saucepan or a microwave, heat the honey until just warmed. Place the spices in the bottom of a decorative spring-top or canning jar. Pour the warm honey over the spices in the jar. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 week to meld flavors.
