    1 c Sour cream
    1/3 c Brown sugar firmly packed
    1 c Biscuit mix
    1 Egg
    1 c Milk
    1 cn Cherry pie filling
    1 ts Orange extract

    Recipe



    Blend sour cream and brown sugar; set aside. Combine biscuit mix, egg and milk. Mix until smooth. Heat oiled 6" skillet. Fry 2 Tbls biscuit mixture at a time until light brown, turn and brown. Fill each crepe with a portion of sour cream mixture. Roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Pour cherry pie filling over all. Bake at 350~ for 5 minutes. Pour orange extract over crepes; ignite to serve. Yield 10-12 servings.
