    1/3 pound natural graham crackers
    2 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
    2 tablespoons sesame tahini
    1 1/2 teaspoons water

    Recipe



    Pulverize graham crackers in a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and process until well blended. Press mixture evenly into a 9" pie pan. If an unbaked filling is to be used, bake the crust in an oven heated to 350ºF for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned. Otherwise, add the filling and bake pie as directed.
