    1 3/4 cups flour
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup shortening
    1/3 cup ice cold water

    Beat the flour, salt, shortning together until the mixture is about the size of peas. Add ice water slowly- beat for 15-20 seconds until dough sticks to beaters. Roll onto floured board. Makes 2 crusts.
