2 cups granola
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamonRecipe
This is good with apple or peach filling. Spray a 9" pie pan with cooking spray. Blend granola and pecans in blender or food processor until coarsely chopped. Add butter and cinnamon and blend until combined. Press the crust onto the bottom and sides of prepared pan. Chill before filling.
