Maple Pistachio Crust

1/2 cup pistachio nuts, chopped
2/3 cup wheat germ
2/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons maple syrupRecipe
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Spray a 9" pie pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients with a pastry blender or your fingers until crumbly. Press crust into bottom and sides of prepared pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
