Orange Ginger Butter

1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup Butter ; softened
1 tablespoon Balsamic or cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Crystallized ginger ; finely choppedRecipe
In a small saucepan, heat marmalade over medium heat until just melted. In a medium bowl, beat butter until fluffy. Beat in melted marmalade, vinegar and ginger until blended. Cover and chill 1 hour before serving. Try over asparagus, snow peas or green beans.
