1 lb unsalted butter room temperature
1 tbl chopped fresh thyme
1 tbl chopped fresh sage
2 tbl chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 tbl chopped chives
1 tsp chopped fresh rosemaryRecipe
Using a wooden spoon, mix together butter, thyme, sage, parsley, chives, and rosemary in a medium bowl. Turn out onto parchment or plastic wrap, and roll into a log, 1 1/2 to 2 inches in diameter. Chill until firm, or freeze for up to one month. Makes 1 pound.
