    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup heavy cream
    2 teaspoons lemon juice, or to taste
    milk (to desired consistency)

    Recipe



    Place cream cheese and heavy cream in food processor; process until smooth. Add in milk to get desired consistency and creaminess, then add in lemon juice (starting with about 2 tsp.) to taste until product is as sour as desired. Chill.
