1 cup sour cream
2 cups heavy creamRecipe
In a saucepan, whip sour cream til smooth; gradually blend in heavy cream til smooth and combined. On lowest heat, heat just til temp of mix is brought up to 85-90ºF. Stir constantly.. Pour into 1 quart jar and set lid on, ajar. Let stand in 75ºF place for 8 hours or overnight. When thick, stir til smooth, and cover. Refrigerate 24 hours before serving. Store in fridge up to 2 weeks. Makes 3 cups.
