    List of Ingredients




    2 quarts Milk
    2 Rennet tablets
    2 tablespoons Cold water
    Cream
    Salt
    Pepper, black
    Paprika

    Recipe



    Heat milk to lukewarm. Dissolve rennet tablets in cold water. Add to milk. Let stand in warm place until set. Pour into thin cloth bag. Drain. Remove curd from bag. Break into fine pieces. Moisten with cream. Season to taste.
