Making Mock Whipped Cream

1 can Evaporated skim milk
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Brandy Recipe
Put a can of evaporated skim milk in the refrigerator and a stainless steel bowl and the beaters from an electric mixer into the freezer for an hour. Put the milk into the chilled bowl, add 1 teaspoon each of pure vanilla extract and of brandy, and beat high speed just until peaks are formed. Use immediately.
