Orange Ginger Butter

1/2 C. orange marmalade
1/2 C. butter (or margarine), soft
1 T. Balsamic vinegar (or cider vinegar)
1 T. fine chop crystallized gingerRecipe
In a small saucepan, heat marmalade over medium heat until just melted.
In a medium bowl, beat butter until fluffy. Beat in melted marmalade, vinegar and ginger until blended. Cover and chill 1 hour before serving. Try over asparagus, snow peas or green beans.
