Parmesan Green Onion Butter

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, fresh grated
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped green onion, including top
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash pepperRecipe
In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat 2-3 minutes at medium speed until light and creamy. Cover and refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Allow to stand at room temperature 10-15 minutes before serving. Makes 1 cup. Use for corn on the cob or as spread for garlic toast or french bread.
