1 package Wonton wrappers
8 ounces cream cheese
8 ounces Crab meat -- cartilage removed
4 Green onions finely chopped (include greens)
Recipe
Combine cream cheese, crab and onion; mix well. Place a mound of filling in the center of a wonton skin; dampen edges with water and fold in half to make a triangular shape. Press edges together well to seal. Fry in hot oil until crispy and golden brown. Serve with sweet and sour dipping sauce.
