Fish/Seafood: Asian Tuna Steaks

2 tablespoon orange juice + 2 tsp.
1 tablespoon Sesame oil + 1 tsp
1 1/4 teaspoon Sesame seeds
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 teaspoon Fresh ginger grated
2 Scallions chopped
1 pound Fresh tuna steaks Recipe
In a stainless steel bowl or plastic resealable bag, combine first 6 ingredients. Add the tuna and let marinate for 20 minutes. Broil or grill the tuna 6 inches from the heat source for 4-5 minutes per side. Cook until done as desired (some people prefer their tuna more rare than others do).
