Fish/Seafood: Peking Salmon

List of Ingredients
4 Salmon steaks or 1 fillet (whole or cut into portions)
1/4 c Brown or hot or spicy mustard
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Orange juice Recipe
Mix the 3 sauce ingredients together and spoon over the salmon. You may refrigerate for 3-4 hours or you may cook right away. Broil for 10-15 minutes or bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
