12 ounces boned and skinned chicken breasts -- cubed
1/4 cup scallion -- sliced
2 teaspoons garlic -- minced
2 teaspoons ginger -- chopped
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
32 ounces chicken broth
2 cups cooked linguine
1 cup mushroom -- sliced
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Recipe
In a 3-quart saucepan, saute chicken breast, scallions, garlic, ginger and brown sugar in sesame oil until chicken is opaque. Add chicken broth, linguine, mushrooms and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Serves 4.
