Beef: Korean Beef BBQ

List of Ingredients
2 lb. lean roast beef -- (2 to 3)
2 cups soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
4 green onions, sliced 1" on diagonal
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1/4 cup cooking wine or sherry
1/4 cup sesame seed salad dressing
salt and pepper to taste

Tips: Slightly freeze meat before slicing. This makes slices easier and neater. Slice beef very thinly (about the thickness of bacon. Place oil and sesame seed in small saute skillet and brown lightly. Place garlic, soy sauce, wine, sugar, salt & pepper in blender and blend. Add sesame seed and oil to items in blender, and flash blend. Place meat in a flat bowl or dish (or marinating container).Add chopped green onions.Pour mixture from blender over all. Marinate at least 3 hours (better overnight) turning frequently for best marination. Heat wok or grill to maximum temperature (mine is 400 degrees). Lightly stir meat as it cooks until just tender done (about 5 minutes).
