List of Ingredients
2 tbl Oil
1 cup Coarsely chopped scallions
1 bag cooked boil-in-bag rice
1 tbl Chinese soy sauce
1 Can sliced bamboo shoots drained (8 oz)
2 cup Cooked chopped shrimp ham or chicken or combination
1 Pkg frozen green peas (10 oz)
2 tsp Butter Recipe
In large frying pan or wok, heat oil, Add scallions and cook over high heat, 30 seconds, stirring until wilted. Add remaining ingredients, except butter, cooking and stirring 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in butter.
