Salad: Spicy Asian Slaw

1/4 cup rice vinegar
2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 cup sliced green onions
16 ounces ready-to-eat coleslaw
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons sesame seeds -- toasted
Recipe
Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Add green onions and coleslaw; toss gently to coat. Sprinkle parsley and sesame seeds over slaw mixture. Serves 4.
