Veggies: Stir Fried Green Beans

1 pound green beans or Chinese long beans
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons finely choped garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons chili paste
3 tablespoons oil
1/4 cup vegetable broth
2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
Recipe
Cut beans diagonally into 2 inch pieces. Mix soy sauce, garlic, sugar, sesame oil and chili paste. Heat wok. Add oil, stir fry beans for 1 minute. Add broth, cover and cook for 5 minutes. Add soy mixture, stir fry until beans are coated and moisture has evaporated. Stir in sesame seeds.
