    List of Ingredients




    8 ounces sour cream (ok to use lowfat or fat free)
    8 ounces softened cream cheese (ok to use lowfat or fat free)
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese or pepper jack cheese
    4 ounces diced green chiles
    4 ounces chopped black olives, drained
    5 large tortilla shells at room temp (soft)
    1/2 package Taco seasoning mix
    if desired, additional taco sauce or hot sauce to taste

    -= Instructions =-
    Beat the ingredients together with a mixer or in a food processor. Spread the mixture in the tortillas and wrap tortillas burrito style. Wrap with seran wrap. Set for 24 hours in fridge. Slice into one-inch rounds. Serve with salsa.

    Beat the ingredients (except for tortillas) together with a mixer or in a food processor. Spread the mixture in the tortillas and wrap tortillas burrito style. Wrap with seran wrap. Set for 24 hours in fridge. Slice into one-inch rounds. Serve with salsa.

    I sometimes sprinkle additional shredded cheese over the mixture prior to rolling the tortillas up. You can also add in other ingredients like finely diced ham or green onions, etc.
