Spinach Dip

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sour cream (fat free ok)
1 cup mayonnaise (fat free ok)
1 envelope veg soup mix or leek soup mix
1 10oz packag chopped spinach ; thawed and drained well
4 green onion chopped
1 can water chestnuts ; drained and chopped
1 teaspoon lemon juice Recipe
Thaw spinach and squeeze out liquid. Add rest and blend well. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with pumpernickel or sourdough bread chunks.
