My husband introduced me to these..and I've been in love ever since!! :D

List of Ingredients

1 sleeve Keebler club or saltine
crackers
2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 12 oz bag chocolate chips




Recipe

Line jelly roll pan with foil and spread crackers in one layer. Melt butter and sugar in saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly till thick and bubbly. Pour this mixture over crackers. Place in oven for 5 minutes at 400ºF. (might bubble up and spill over edge of pan) Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips, spreading with a knife as they melt. Sprinkle with finely chopped nuts if desired; cool. Place in refrigerator til set, and break into pieces.
