Ronda's Cranberry Nut Bread

3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 eggs lightly beaten
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 1/2 cups fresh cranberries
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
Combine juice, yogurt and eggs, stirring well. combine dry ingredients except for 2 Tbl. sugar and cranberries, and stir well. Add orange juice mix to flour and stir til blended. Fold in cranberries. Pour into greased and floured 9x5 loaf pan. Sprinkle rest of sugar over top. Bake at 350ºF for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes then remove and let cool completely.
