    Christy's Velveeta Sausage Cheese Dip

    Source of Recipe

    Christy

    Recipe Introduction

We sometimes eat this for an ooh so healthy lunch meal. What can I say.. its addictive! Can substitute regular velveeta, or spice it up as much as you like! It's also good on hamburger buns :) Also tried it on baked potato wedges.. to die for...

    List of Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef
    1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 small block Velveeta Mexican cheese
    milk (to your liking)
    1 can cheddar cheese soup
salsa or hot sauce to taste (optional)
Taco seasoning mix to taste (optional)

    Recipe

Brown the ground beef and sausage in a pan and drain. Mix the beef, sausage, cheese and milk together. Simmer in a slow cooker or on stovetop for 15-20 minutes and serve warm. Use Tortilla Chips for dipping and enjoy.

This can also be made up and then kept warm in a crockpot.
To serve a ton, you can double the amount of meat, use 3 cans of condensed cheese soup (regular or nacho)and a big block of Velveeta (regular or mexican)
