List of Ingredients
8 ounces sour cream
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces diced green chiles
4 ounces chopped black olives
5 tortilla shells
1/2 package Taco seasoning mix Recipe
Beat the ingredients together with a mixer or in a food processor. Spread the mixture in the tortillas and wrap tortillas burrito style. Wrap with seran wrap. Set for 24 hours in fridge. Slice into one-inch rounds. Serve with salsa.
Note: ok to use lowfat or fat free versions of ingredients
