1 1/2 pounds ground beef, browned
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces tomato sauce
CHEESE MIXTURE:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
8 ounces sour cream
1/2 cup onion


Recipe

Combine the above ingredients. (You can make this first and let sit.) Cook 4 oz noodles (or more) according to package directions. Layer 1/2 noodles, 1/2 ground beef mix, all of cream cheese mixture, rest of noodles, rest of ground beef and top with 6 oz shredded cheddar cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes at 325ºF.
