List of Ingredients
1 cup cooked chicken breast halves without skin -- diced
1/2 red apples -- cored and diced
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons walnuts -- finely chopped
2 tablespoons raisins
Recipe
In small bowl, combine chicken, apple, celery, raisin and mayo. Stir in nuts. Refrigerate til ready to serve. To plump raisins without cooking, place in glass measure and micro on high for 15 seconds.
