This is good for cakes or for filled cookies - very rich

List of Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons strong coffee
4 cups powder sugar sifted
2 tablespoons milk


Recipe

In bowl, beat butter with 1/2 of powder sugar (start on low speed) til smooth. Add rest of sugar, coffee and milk. Can add 1/3 c. cocoa to make mocha frosting. Beat well. Recipe is easily doubled. Use for sandwich cookies or vanilla cake.
